Contradiction comes, when the things are not clear or are not valid and because of man's arrogance and mutual jealousy.
Allah has revealed the Book, only to explain them in what they contradict, there is nothing in the heaven and the earth, but it is in a Clear Book, and this Quran mentions to the children of Isra’il most of the matters in which, they contradict.
Allah has given them clear commands, but they contradict because of mutual jealousy after the knowledge had come to them.
Those who have adopted protector other than Allah saying, "We do slavery of them only to be near to Allah." They do slavery of those beside Allah, who can neither harm nor benefit them, and they say, “These are our intercessors with Allah,” and those who contradict about the Hereafter on the Day of Judgment Allah will decreed between them in respect of that wherein they contradict.
The Deen is Islam with Allah, for each rich and poor, Allah has prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one nation, but to test in what He has given to you; so proceed in munificence, and be not as those who divided and contradict among themselves because of mutual jealousy after the clear verses and the knowledge had come to them. If the word from Allah had not been already come to pass, for an appointed term, the matter would have been settled between them, and those who were become inherit of the Book are confounding in doubt about it.
Allah says:
We have sent down the Book to you, only because you may explain to them in what they contradict, and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
(16:64)
And there is nothing hidden in the heaven and the earth, but it is in a Clear Book. Surely this Quran mentions to the children of Isra’il most of the matters in which, they contradict.
(27:75,76)
And We gave them clear proofs of the commands, but they contradict because of mutual jealousy after the knowledge had come to them. Surely your Lord will judge between them, on the Day of Judgment, in the matters in which they used to contradict.
(45:17)
Be aware, the Deen is pure for Allah. As for those who have adopted protector other than Him (saying), "We do slavery of them only to be near to Allah." Allah will judge between them in the matters in which they contradict. Surely, Allah does not guide anyone who is liar and ingrate.

Beside Allah, they do slavery of those who can neither harm nor benefit them, and they say, “These are our intercessors with Allah.” Say, “Are you informing Allah of what He does not know as existing in the heavens or on the earth?” Pure is He, and far higher than what they associate with Him. Mankind were no more than a single Ummah; but, they contradict. If the word from your Lord that had not been already come to pass, it would have been decreed between them in respect of that wherein they contradict.

Truly, the Deen is Islam with Allah. Those who were given the Book contradict, after knowledge had come to them because of mutual jealousy. Whoever denies the verses of Allah, then surely, Allah is swift at reckoning.

And We have sent down to you the Book with Haq, confirming the Book before it, and a protector over it. So judge among them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the Haq that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one nation, but that may test you in what He has given you; so proceed in munificence. The return of you is to Allah; then He will inform you about that in which you used to contradict.

And had it not been for a Word already from your Lord for an appointed term, the matter would have been settled between them.
